I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
We only have sizes from 39EU - 46.5EU, if you are over or under we dont have your size, but you can feel free to tell us your size and what shoe you want, and maybe we got your size and your shoe.

Has my order been sent yet ?
We would all ways send your package within' 24 hours. If there is an issue with your order you would get contacted, and you can always get your money back.

Part of my order is missing
If you miss a part of your order, you just call our hotline or write an email. then you can get your money back of your missing part, or get a newone for free*
*Only if the piece is in-stock

Can you give me more information about the clothes?
Yes, if you clic on the piece you want you would see a description with all you need to know about the piece you selected.

Can I track my order ?
Yes, we have track&trace on all our orders so you always know where yor package is. If anything goes wrong you will get contacted and you can always get your money back if you dont want your piece*
